  • How do I Book a Paint Party Event?
    Click the Event Inquiry tab and fill out the information on the form. You will be contacted either by phone or email within 24-48 hours to check date availability, receive a quote, and receive answers to any questions.
  • How far do you Travel to an event?
    West Michigan. About an hour NSEW from Grand Rapids, MI. Will consider further travels outside of West MI, please call or email to discuss.
  • What if I want a Painting Design for my event & I don’t see it available?
    We have a Customized Painting Option! Made to fit your specific party theme! Available if you want something different from class portfolio designs! *Pricing: $25 for 11"x14" canvas OR $35 for 16"x20" canvas (easier/beginner level design. At least 2 week’s notice needed prior to your event date)
  • What is Included in the Price?
    We provide all the art supplies! You simply provide the space, tables, chairs, and any food/beverages for your guests. We take care of set up & clean up! Step-by-step instruction given to help you create a beautiful piece of artwork to take home. No artistic experience needed!   • How Long is a Painting event?
    Adults are typically scheduled for 1.5-2 hours. Set up occurs about an hour before & clean up takes about 30 min-1 hour. Kids are typically scheduled for 45 min-1 hour. Set up occurs about an hour before & clean up takes about 30 min-1 hour.
  • What if I Can’t Make it but would like an At Home Kit?
    You may pick it up or pay to have it shipped to your address. Depending on location, we may be able to meet halfway.
  • What Else Should I Know?
    Please be ready within 5-10 minutes of event time. Aprons are provided, but please wear paint friendly clothing. Be ready to have a FUN & Creative Painting Experience!
  • What Ages are allowed?
    Adults. Kids ages 5+ are welcome, but adult supervision is required. No drop offs of children (with the exception of after school painting fun).
  • How Much is a Business, Community, Non-Profit, or Non At-Home painting event? What is the minimum number of painters?
    Please fill out the Event Inquiry Form & you will be contacted within 24-48 hours. *Minimum of 6 painters. 20+ painters discounted rate applies (will discuss any applicable discounts once event inquiry form is submitted).
  • How Much is a Private At Home paint party? What is the minimum number of painters?
    Please fill out the Event Inquiry Form. Adults - $35 each. Private party Discounted rate $31 each with 6+ registered adults. Kids - (age 4-12) $25 each. Private party Discounted rate $21 each with 6+ registered kids. FREEBIE!! Host a party with 10+ people & one person paints for FREE! *Minimum of 5 painters
  • What methods of Payment do you accept?
    *All events/public tickets are pre-paid before event date. Credit Card, Business Check, PayPal, & Venmo are accepted.
  • What are the Conduct Expectations During an Event?
    Children must be supervised and should be able to sit through the painting event. You may have to assist your child. Be kind and respectful towards one another. Anyone with a disruptive/offensive demeanor may be asked to leave.
  • What is the Refund, Reschedule, & Cancellation policy?
    Tickets/Events are non-refundable for no shows or day of cancelations. Public events - If notification is given within 72 hours you may pick up an at home painting kit to do on your own OR transfer your ticket to attend a future public painting event (must contact us to reserve your seat). Events hosted by you - we must receive at least 72 hours notice for any reschedules or cancellations. If an event is canceled by West MI Paint & Create, refunds will be processed.
  • Do you provide Alcohol and/or food?
    We Do Not supply alcohol or food. On occasion, light snacks or treats will be provided. We are not responsible for any allergies to foods. Overall, you are responsible for supplying any foods or drinks at your event. Anyone bringing/drinking alcohol must be 21 years of age. If at a public venue or establishment alcohol policies must be obeyed.
  • Will Photos be taken?
    We take photos of artwork and/or painters during our events and use them for promotional purposes. By booking an event or purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to let us use photos for promotion, on any social media platforms, or on our website. If however, you would like to opt out, simply email us and we will work with you.
